Chairman of the Board
Mr. Zhi Yan is the founder, chief executive officer and co-chairman of the board of directors of Zall Group. Mr. Yan has more than 10 years of experience in the space of commercial property and wholesale shopping mall industries, along with more than 19 years of general business management experiences. Mr. Yan received a master's degree in business administration for senior executives from Wuhan University in February 2008 and an executive master of business administration degree at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Management in 2013.
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Jian He has served as our chief executive officer since November 2018. Prior to joining LightInTheBox, Mr. Jian He was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ezbuy, a Singapore-based leading cross-border e-commerce platform founded in 2010. Prior to founding Ezbuy, Mr. He worked in the semiconductor industry for 9 years including at GlobalFoundries and SMIC. As a core team member of the 0.18, 0.13-micron and 65nm technology nodes yield and product teams at GlobalFoundries and SMIC, Mr. He led managed the rapid increase in the pace of technological change, innovation, and business application. Mr. He holds a Master's Degree from Fudan University in electrical engineering and Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University.
Vice Chairman of the Board
Zhiping Qi is one of the founding team members and was Co-President and Vice Chairman of Shenzhen Sinoagri E-Commerce Co, Ltd. ("Shenzhen Sinoagri"), an online agricultural procurement and distribution service provider, from 2010-2017. Mr. Qi was responsible for its overall strategic planning, investments, and management. Mr. Qi has been Executive Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Zall Smart Commerce Group Ltd. (formerly known as Zall Group Ltd.) ("Zall"). Mr. Qi has extensive experience in operating and managing supply chains, investing in the development of e-commerce platforms, strategic planning and the management and deployment of resources globally. Mr. Qi obtained his bachelor's degree in corporate management from Shenzhen University in 1994. Mr. Qi completed the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program at the China Europe International Business School.

Founder and Director
Quji (Alan) Guo is founder and director of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd (NYSE: LITB). He was Chairman and CEO of LightInTheBox from 2008 to July 2018. Prior to founding LightInTheBox, Mr. Guo served as the chief strategist and the special assistant to the president of Google China from 2005 to 2008, where he was instrumental for building Google's China operation and led many of its strategic product and business initiatives, including the launch of Google Music, the first advertiser-sponsored free music download service in China, as well as certain strategic investments. Prior to joining Google China, he was a product manager with Google in the United States. In 2004, he worked for the corporate business development team at Amazon participating in the acquisition of Joyo.com, the predecessor of Amazon's China operation. From 2001 to 2003, he was a software design engineer at the headquarters of Microsoft Corporation, participating in the development of MSN, IE and Windows. Mr. Guo received his bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1999, his master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2001, and his MBA degree from Stanford University in 2005. Mr. Guo is a holder of a number of patents in software and Internet technologies in the United States.
Zhentao Wang is the founder and chairman of the board of directors of Aokang. He founded Yongjia County Aolin Shoe Factory, the predecessor of Aokang, in 1988. Mr. Wang received his EMBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2006 and also an EMBA degree from the HEC School of Management in France in 2007. Mr. Wang has received numerous accolades and awards in China, including the National Labor Day Award in 2002, China’s Industry Leader of Private Industrial Enterprises in 2003, and the Outstanding Person of China’s Economic Development in 2006.
|Dr. Gang Yu|
Dr. Gang Yu is an executive director and co-chairman of the board of directors of Zall Group. Dr. Yu has extensive experience in E-commerce and operation and logistics management and has previous served in various positions at multi-national corporations such as Dell Inc. and Amazon.com. Dr. Yu obtained his bachelor degree in science from Wuhan University in 1982 and his master degree in science from Cornell University in 1985. Dr. Yu received his PhD from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania in 1990.
Mr. Meng Lian is a partner at IDG Capital, a leading investment firm that focuses on private equity, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions, where he has focused on internet, mobile internet, and a combination of new technology and traditional consumer products and services. Prior to joining IDG, Mr. Lian worked at New Oriental Education (NYSE: EDU). Mr. Lian receive his MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Bachelor's Degree in law from Ji'nan University.
Mr. Sean Shao has served as our independent director since June 5, 2013. Mr. Shao currently serves as(i) independent director and member of the audit committee of Trina Solar Limited, an integrated solar-power products manufacturer and solar system developer listed on the NYSE, since January 2015; (ii) independent director and chairman of the audit committee of: Jumei International Holding Ltd., an e-commerce company listed on NYSE since May 2014 and UTStarcom Holdings Corp., a provider of broadband equipment and solutions listed on NASDAQ since October 2012; (iii) independent director and chairman of the audit and compensation committees of China Biologic Products, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company listed on NASDAQ since July 2008; and (iv) independent director and chairman of the nominating committee of Agria Corporation, an agricultural company listed on NYSE since November 2008. He served as the chief financial officer of Trina Solar Limited from 2006 to 2008. In addition, Mr. Shao served from 2004 to 2006 as the chief financial officer of ChinaEdu Corporation, an educational service provider, and of Watchdata Technologies Ltd., a Chinese security software company. Prior to that, Mr. Shao worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd. for approximately a decade. Mr. Shao received his master’s degree in health care administration from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1988 and his bachelor’s degree in art from East China Normal University in 1982. Mr. Shao is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Kai-Fu Lee has been our independent director since 2013. Dr. Kai-Fu Lee is the Chairman and CEO of Sinovation Ventures which was founded in September, 2009. Sinovation Ventures is a leading early-stage investment company targeting the next wave of Chinese high-tech companies and to mentor the next-generation of Chinese entrepreneurs. Prior to starting Sinovation Ventures, Dr. Lee was the Vice President of Google, President of Google China. Previously, he held executive positions at Microsoft, SGI, and Apple. Dr. Lee received his Bachelor degree from Columbia University, and Ph.D.at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Lee has Honorary Doctorate Degrees from the City University of Hong Kong and Carnegie Mellon University. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Dr. Lee was the Vice Chairman of the Committee of 100, an elite group of Chinese Americans. He was selected by Time as one of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2013 Other than Innovation Works, Dr. Lee also serves on the board of Shangri-La Asia Limited, Hon Hai Precision IND. Co., Ltd. and Meitu Inc.
