Chief Executive Officer
Zhiping Qi joined our company as chief executive officer in July 2018. Mr. Qi is one of the founding team members and was Co-President and Vice Chairman of Shenzhen Sinoagri E-Commerce Co, Ltd. ("Shenzhen Sinoagri"), an online agricultural procurement and distribution service provider, from 2010-2017. Mr. Qi was responsible for its overall strategic planning, investments, and management. Mr. Qi has been Executive Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Zall Smart Commerce Group Ltd. (formerly known as Zall Group Ltd.) ("Zall"). Mr. Qi has extensive experience in operating and managing supply chains, investing in the development of e-commerce platforms, strategic planning and the management and deployment of resources globally. Mr. Qi obtained his bachelor's degree in corporate management from Shenzhen University in 1994. Mr. Qi completed the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program at the China Europe International Business School.

Chief Financial Officer
Bin (Robin) Lu joined our company as chief financial officer in May 2014. Mr. Lu has over eighteen years experience in strategic planning, corporate financial management, equity investment, and more than ten years experience in the telecommunication and internet industries. Prior to joining LightInTheBox, he was the chief financial officer of A8 Digital Music Holdings Ltd, a position held since 2011 (HKSE: 0800.HK). Mr. Lu has also worked for Anaren, Inc (Nasdaq: ANEN) as a division controller, and as an executive director for Janney & Lee Investment LLC. Mr. Lu also held various finance management positions at China Network Communication Co., Ltd. (which was acquired by China Unicom), Dell Inc. (Nasdaq: Dell) and China International Trust and Investment Corporation (currently known as CITIC Group). He is a graduate of Tsinghua University with a bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering and earned his Master of Business Administration degree in Operation and Finance from Ohio State University.
Chief Technology Officer
Bin Shi is our Chief Technology Officer who joined our company in 2009. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Shi was the Chief Architech of myspace.cn. He was Yahoo Messenger technical director at Yahoo China from 2004 to 2007 and was responsible for developing and selling sharewares through Internet at Shareware Freelancer from 2002 to 2004. Before that, Mr. Shi served as the Dong Fang Kuai Che Technical Manager at Star Computer from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Shi received his bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Chemistry from TsingHua University in 2000.
Executive Vice President
Liang Zhang is a co-founder of our company and has served as our director and co-president responsible for sourcing and supply chain since 2007. Mr. Zhang was also responsible for our operations from 2007 to 2009. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Zhang founded and served as the chief executive officer of Zhongrun Ltd., a supplier for large Chinese online retail companies such as Dangdang.com and Amazon China, including its predecessor Joyo.com. He was a marketing manager at Netease.com Inc. from 1999 and 2001 and a program manager at Samsung Electronics from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Zhang received his bachelor's degree in business management from Nankai University in1998.
Senior Vice President
Hillman Huang is our Senior Vice President who joined our Company in 2014. In 2007, Mr. Huang joined Decathlon (currently known as Oxylane Group) from 2007 to 2013, where he served as a purchasing director, office manager & general manager of its Wuhan unit, and general manager of its Guangzhou unit. Prior to joining Decathlon, Mr. Huang worked for Avon (China) from 2002 to 2006 where he was responsible for resource distribution,demand planning, production scheduling, inventory control, and price & bill of materials control. Mr. Huang received his bachelor's degree in management information systems from Guangdong University of Technology in 2001.
Vice President of Operations
Jiang Zheng has served as the Company’s Vice President of Operations since August 2016. Mr. Zheng has approximately 16 years of experience in supply chain management and cross-border ecommerce and is responsible for operations including supply chain management, quality inspection, warehousing and logistics. Mr. Zheng was responsible for the Company’s operation as a senior director from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Zheng served as the General Manager of Zenith Products Corp. (China) from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of the Shenzhen office for DHgate.com. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Zheng worked for Wal-Mart as a purchasing supervisor. Mr. Zheng received his master's degree in business administration from City University of Macau in 2004.
