Chief Executive Officer and Director

Jian He is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EZbuy Holding Co., Ltd and LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd (NYSE: LITB). 

EZbuy was founded by Mr. He and three like-minded Singapore business partners in 2010. A benchmark of e-commerce success in Singapore and for the region, EZbuy is one of the pioneers of online shopping for fast-moving consumer goods, beauty and healthcare, fashion, electronics and home decor. With a growing reputation as the go-to platform for the best quality deals, EZbuy came in second place among the most searched brands in Singapore, ranked by Google’s “Year In Search” list for 2017.

With effective leadership and strategy led by Mr. He, the online business has progressively expanded to countries in the region such as Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Pakistan and Taiwan. In 2018, EZbuy became an entity of LightInTheBox and Mr. He was appointed as CEO of both organizations. 

Prior to co-founding EZbuy, Mr. He worked in the semiconductor industry for more than nine years at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and SMIC. He managed the core teams responsible for 0.18, 0.13-micron and 65nm technology nodes, and facilitated the yield and product teams to accelerate the pace of technology change, innovation, and business adaptation for the company’s intelligence business units.

Mr. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University and earned a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Fudan University in China.

Chief Technology Officer

Bin Shi has been our chief technology officer since December 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Shi has served as our senior vice president of technology since March 2009. Before joining our Company, he worked for myspace.com as the chief architect from March 2007 to March 2009 and Yahoo China as Messenger technical director of from April 2004 to March 2007. Mr. Shi had also held various technology management position at Shareware Freelancer and STAR Computer. Mr. Shi received his bachelor’s degrees in both chemistry and computer science from Tsinghua University in 2000.
